COST OF SEARCH SERVICE

All prospective customers are advised that all prices listed already include the cost of the search service, which will remain free until the moment of purchase. This amount varies based on the cost of the spare part purchased and will be clearly stated in the order confirmation.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

We guarantee full customer satisfaction, so if you are not satisfied with the service/product you received, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund for the cost of the service/product purchased.
The right of withdrawal lapses entirely in the event that the Seller ascertains:

- the lack of the original product packaging;

- the absence of integral elements of the product;

- the signs of assembly;
- tampering with the color and/or shape of the product;
-engines that have been tampered with or removed from their original body, e.g., dismantling the cylinder head or opening the oil pan and tampering with the chain before reporting a problem to the seller

ADDITIONAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS

It is activated with the engine assembled and with confirmation of perfect functioning. In all other cases, the conditions of the demolition company that shipped and sold the engine apply.
The engine must be installed no later than 20 days after the arrival date, to allow the demolition company that sold the engine to respond directly in the event of a malfunction. If this deadline is not met, the demolition company is solely responsible and may not be liable for any malfunctions.
The information required to activate the warranty must be submitted no later than 20 days after payment for the search service. The warranty will then be activated and registered under the details provided by the owner only after the engine has been installed and verified to be in perfect working order.
Failure to comply with the above will compromise the validity of the warranty.

It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal on only part of the purchased service/product.

By law, the customer is responsible for returning the product; shipping is the customer's sole responsibility until the vehicle is certified as having been received at the scrapyard's warehouse. Therefore, we recommend using an insured courier with traceable shipping.

In the event of damage to the goods during transport, the scrapyard will notify us of the incident and we will then notify the customer (within 5 working days of receiving the goods at the scrapyard's warehouse), allowing them to promptly file a complaint with the courier of their choice and obtain a refund for the value of the goods (if insured). In this event, the product will be made available to the customer for return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal.

The car dismantler, seller of the goods, and our company "VLRICAMBIMOTORS " are not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned via uninsured shipments.
The dismantling company will refund the customer the amount paid on delivery, excluding shipping costs, as quickly as possible and in any case within 30 days of receiving the item for demolition, via bank transfer. The company providing the service will refund the customer the amount paid on deposit, excluding shipping costs, as quickly as possible and in any case within 30 days of receiving the registered letter, in which the customer declares to exercise the right of withdrawal, to be sent within 14 days of receiving the invoice for the service to VLRICAMBI MOTORS via Alcide dei Gasperi 2 7 , 83030 Taurasi (AV) via bank transfer. Likewise, the customer will be responsible for promptly providing the refund information.

In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the company providing the search service reserves the right not to refund the service sold; similarly, the car dismantling company reserves the right not to refund the goods sold and/or to return the purchased material to the sender, charging the sender the shipping costs.

This right can only be exercised by consumers, and not by retailers and/or VAT holders .
