WARRANTY

1- MOTOR TECNO REVISIONI SRL provides a 12-month warranty on reconditioned engines and guarantees their integrity upon delivery to the carrier.
THE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY VLRICAMBIMOTORS DOES NOT IN ANY WAY PROVIDE FOR ANY REFUND IN THE EVENT OF FAILURE FOR LABOR COSTS, CONSUMABLES OR TRANSPORT COSTS.

2- By signing this document, the buyer declares acceptance of the conditions of sale. The goods sold (in the case of used goods) may have performance limitations and functional and/or instrumental defects related to previous use.

3-When VLRICAMBIMOTORS l. acts as an intermediary between the buyer who intends to purchase spare parts for the vehicle and the seller who has and owns it , it will not be liable for any damages caused by malfunction and/or non-conformity of the goods except within the limits of the reimbursement of the amount collected. The responsibility for the conformity and correct functioning of the purchased goods lies solely and exclusively with the Supplier of the goods.
In case of incompatibility of the material received, the customer is required to notify VLRICAMBIMOTORS within and no later than 3 days of delivery of the spare part.

4- The warranty is void if the assembly of the parts does not comply with the manufacturer's standards or is not installed properly. It is the customer's responsibility to install the spare parts properly. If they are unable to do so, it is their sole responsibility to hire a professional to perform this operation and certify the work.

TERMS OF SALE

5- The consumer may request, at his discretion, an appropriate reduction in price or termination of the contract if repair and replacement are impossible or excessively expensive.
The warranty does not apply to defects resulting from normal wear and tear (for example, rubber gaskets and any accessories, starter cords and springs, spark plugs, filters), defects caused by improper use/abuse of the product such as damage caused by excessive mileage in a short time), defects resulting from incorrect or insufficient maintenance such as corrosion of materials, use of aggressive cleaners or incompatible products, uncleaned DPF, repairs carried out by unauthorized parties), or from negligence or carelessness in installation/use/maintenance, or if the product codes or serial numbers are altered, erased, removed or made illegible.

• The engine must be installed properly. Before assembly, the buyer is required to check that all circuits relating to cooling, lubrication, air supply and fuel supply are functioning.

6-The warranty covers only the mechanical parts of the engine (cylinder head, engine block, oil pan), while the electrical parts (such as the injection pump, turbine, etc.) and accessories (starter motor, intake manifold, alternator, etc.) are to be considered free accessories and not covered by the warranty.

7-Some accessories must be purchased new when installing the engine (air, oil, and fuel filters, spark plugs or glow plugs, timing belt kit and water pump, accessory belt(s), fluids and lubricants, thermostats); malfunctions due to failure to replace these accessories will not be covered by the warranty.

8 - In the event of damage, it will be necessary to provide proof of correct installation of the item, as well as the correct replacement of the accessories listed above (by showing the invoice), as well as a diagnostic document of the problem and a photo of the mileage at the time of the damage so we can verify that the item was not misused/abused. Provide photos and part numbers so we can verify its compatibility with the replacement if the customer is unable to provide this information.

9-VLRICAM B I MOTORS is expressly exonerated from any responsibility regarding the non-compatibility of the spare part in question and it will not be possible to carry out a new replacement except at the customer's expense.
• The customer is entitled to the replacement and/or repair of damaged products only if they are returned to the seller in the same condition as supplied, i.e. with intact and well-protected packaging. If the product is damaged during shipping, the warranty will not apply. • In the event of a lack of conformity, the customer is entitled to have the goods restored, free of charge, through repair or replacement, or, if this is not possible, to an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract. The consumer may ask the seller to repair or replace the goods, free of charge in both cases, unless the requested remedy is objectively impossible or excessively expensive. The choice of replacement or repair of the goods is entirely at the seller's discretion. The seller is not liable in any way for delays in repair caused by reasons beyond its control (such as, for example, delays in the supply of spare parts by the supplier).

One of the two remedies is to be considered excessively onerous if it imposes unreasonable costs on the seller in comparison with the other, taking into account:
- of the value that the good would have if there were no lack of conformity'
- of the possibility that the alternative remedy may be .

10-WHEN THE SALE IS MADE WITH COLLECTION OF YOUR DISMANTLED ENGINE:
• The engine to be returned must arrive in the same condition as the one we supplied; no internal parts of the engine must be missing, even if worn.
"• The return will be collected after the purchased engine arrives. "
• Failure to return the returned item or some of its components will result in a fine starting from €250.00 + VAT being charged to the customer.

11-THE WARRANTY VOIDS IMMEDIATELY IF:

"• The warranty of the goods lapses if the buyer, without the prior written authorization of the seller, has operated on the goods directly and/or asked third parties to assemble and/or disassemble and/or replace parts, if he has carried out maintenance work on the goods independently/through an unauthorized third party, if the goods supplied are tampered with/disassembled or modified without prior written authorization from the seller.

Authorization. Any product repaired and/or modified by an unauthorized third party before the seller has been able to proceed with a technical inspection of the item will not be covered by the warranty.
• In the event that the customer has been previously informed of the defect and has accepted it.

12- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days by written communication via registered mail or certified email. If the customer already has possession of the goods, they are required to return them in the same condition in which they received them, and shipping costs will be borne by the customer; the return must take place within 10 days of withdrawal. If the engine has not yet been shipped but has been prepared and packaged, the costs of disassembly and packaging used will be charged. The seller will be required to refund any sums already paid (excluding shipping costs, which will be borne by the customer) within 30 days of withdrawal.

13- TRANSPORT

"• The responsibility for damage to the goods shipped by the seller to the customer lies exclusively with the courier, therefore we invite you to request insured shipping and to accept the goods with "subject to inspection".
The seller will be available to assist the customer in requesting reimbursement for damage caused by the courier, but it is reiterated that the seller only provides the customer with a courier service (which remains at the customer's expense). The courier will be solely responsible for any breakage/damage to the goods during transport.

PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE 191/03, WE ARE INFORMED THAT THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA REPORTED ON THIS FORM WILL BE CARRIED OUT USING COMPUTERIZED PROCEDURES. THE DATA WILL BE USED BY AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL AND COMMUNICATED TO THE CATEGORIES OF INTERESTED PARTIES. BY SIGNING THIS FORM, YOU CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA, INCLUDING SENSITIVE DATA, PURSUANT TO ART. 23 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE 191/03, AND YOU FURTHER DECLARE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THE TERMS DESCRIBED IN THIS FORM.
